LOOKS LIKE A GAME. ACTS AS A TOOL.

The idea for OCD Decks started more than a decade ago when I was a stepmom trying to keep household chores fair without constantly hearing complaints from teenagers. Like most parents, I didn’t want to be the bad guy—I just wanted a happy home where everyone helped out.
In 2023, I decided to take a leap of faith in myself and turn that simple idea into something I could share with other families. I began planning and designing what would eventually become OCD Decks.
Today, as a single parent, I’m still working hard to build something my kids can be proud of while creating practical tools that can make everyday life a little easier—and a little more fun—for other families too.
I wanted OCD Decks to be easy to grab whenever you need them, so instead of a traditional box, I decided to do something a little different. I personally handcrafted the straps for the first 250 Written and Unwritten Decks. It’s a small detail, but one I hope makes these first decks feel a little extra special.
Our vision is to make everyday responsibilities easier, more engaging, and a little more fun. We want OCD Decks to grow into a collection of creative tools and ideas that bring families together and make everyday life a little easier.
Our goal is simple: create useful tools that help families encourage responsibility, accountability, communication, and teamwork - while taking some of the stress out of everyday life.
We value family, faith, responsibility, creativity, kindness, and a sense of humor. We believe even simple ideas can make a meaningful difference when they’re created with purpose and heart.
