All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or items ordered by mistake.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We want to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at ocddecks@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at ocddecks@gmail.com.

We’ll review the order and shipping information and help determine the next step.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Products

Some products may be created or printed specifically when an order is placed. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, these products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and other digital products are non-refundable once purchased or delivered, except where required by law.
